Empowering the future: Insights from the FreeHydroCells Civic Engagement Workshop

The FreeHydroCells Civic Engagement Workshop brought together experts from academia, industry, and policy to discuss the future of green hydrogen and its transformative potential. The project’s novel submerged photon-driven electrolyser system aims to make hydrogen production more efficient, sustainable, and affordable. Key discussions focused on overcoming adoption barriers, integrating local energy solutions, and aligning with EU policies to drive the transition toward a decentralised, green energy future.

DAAD Green Hydrogen Fellowship Programme

The 2024 General Assembly meeting of the FreeHydroCells project took place in Aachen, Germany from 9th-10th April 2024. Project partner AMO GmbH hosted consortium partners from across Europe at the meeting, which focused on further advancing the scientific goals of the project.
